Measurements
Are all handmade pieces exactly the same?
Our clothing is handmade, so slight variations in measurements and appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship.
What do the GARMENT MEASUREMENTS on the size chart mean?
The measurements listed for each size are the actual garment measurements provided by the brand, not body measurements. Since each garment is measured by hand, slight measurement variations may occur.

Production & Orders
How long does it take to receive my order?
Made-to-order clothing requires approximately 4–9 weeks of production before shipment. Shipping time is additional.
Can I cancel my made-to-order clothing order?
You may request a full cancellation by emailing us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Care
How should I care for my garment?
To help preserve the softness and beauty of its delicate fibers, hand wash the garment separately in cold water with a mild detergent suitable for delicate knitwear. Do not twist or wring. Gently reshape and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight and heat. Store folded, and allow the garment to air between wears.

How can I track my order?

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders shipped across an international border may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are your responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Returns
Can I return or exchange a made-to-order garment?
Made-to-order clothing is final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to personal preference, an unsuitable fit or style, or fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by you or on your behalf.
If the finished garment does not fit and you would like a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with a size exchange, subject to availability. Any applicable costs will be explained before we proceed.What should I do if my garment arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email store@magnifissance.com as soon as possible with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover the return shipping cost.
