What products do you offer?

We offer handmade clothing, M-Comb, The Book of Songs, and Magnifissance Magazine in print and digital formats, including annual subscriptions.

Are all handmade pieces exactly the same?

Our clothing and M-Comb products are handmade, so slight variations in measurements and appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Made-to-order clothing requires approximately 4–9 weeks of production before shipment. Shipping time is additional. For other products, estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship to most regions worldwide. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. If you cannot place an order from your location, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account to check your order status. For questions, email us at store@magnifissance.com.

Can I cancel my made-to-order clothing order?

You may request a full cancellation by emailing us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Return eligibility depends on the product. Made-to-order clothing, The Book of Songs, and magazines are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind.

If your made-to-order garment does not fit and you would like a different size, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Any applicable costs will be confirmed before proceeding.

Unused M-Comb products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in their original packaging. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email store@magnifissance.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund and cover the return shipping cost.

How does the annual magazine subscription work?

Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and includes four issues over the following 12 months, plus unlimited access to content on magnifissance.com. It renews automatically each year on the same calendar date. You can cancel before the renewal date through My Account to stop future charges. Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Orders shipped across an international border may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are your responsibility unless collected at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. They may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
