The Louis Vuitton LV Volt jewellery collection, designed by Francesca Amfitheatrof, the company’s artistic director for jewellery and watches, has become iconic for its dynamic, unisex pieces that showcase the initials L and V.
The newly-released collection, LV Volt Upside Down Play, exhibits Louis Vuitton’s savoir-faire and expertise through a skillful blend of textures and shapes. The pieces tread the balance between subtle and sophisticated, displaying simplicity with a bold edge. Polished gold features carved indentations, while graphic letters present an architectural silhouette with electric energy.
At the core of the line-up is the LV Volt Upside Down Play bracelet, a vibrant contemporary design with a rhythmic pattern. The lightning bolt letters in bright yellow gold set a lively tempo as they playfully diverge in opposing directions. Meanwhile, the interchangeable cord conveys a casual vibe and is available in five catchily-named shades—hot pink, electric blue, lucky green, passion red, and jet black—to suit every mood and outfit.
Other notable mentions from the collection include the yellow and white gold letter diamond-studded pendants; the golden ear studs and ear cuffs, each featuring the sculpted L and V; and layerable rings in yellow or pink gold, or in white gold and diamonds.
