A Godfather Pen Collection

Luxury retailer Jacob & Co. has teamed up with Montegrappa to craft a pen in honor of Francis Ford Coppola’s cinematic classic, The Godfather.

The Godfather pen collection is a tribute to the symbols and imagery heavily profiled in the movie and original novel by Mario Puzo.

Jacob & Co. commissioned Montegrappa to craft the pens at the latter’s workshops in the Veneto region of Italy, which boasts some of the highest skilled artisans in the industry.

Two pen designs make up the collectible, limited-edition collection of only 499 pieces—a red fountain pen with an 18-karat rose gold nib and a black rollerball. Both pens are trimmed in rose gold-plated silver, displaying a logo plaque.

The pens showcase the film’s most recognizable symbols. The cap clip is shaped like the iconic red enamel rose, while the logo features the puppeteering strings from the original book cover.
